Students enrolled in AHS classes that provide the potential to earn matching community/technical college credit through the King County TECH PREP program should register for credit now...See your high school teacher or visit the Career Center for more on how to do it.  Remember to earn a "B" or higher in the class to remain eligible for the credit.

  SAT/ACT Concordance

Most colleges will accept the highest score from either the SAT or   
  ACT in consideration for admissions.  Differences exist between the tests...see your 
  College/Career Counselor for help in determining which test might be right for you.  Follow the

  Seminar, or to take a free SAT practice test.  
 

  Sandweiss Test Prep
  Typical SAT classroom course includes—over the course of two months—a diagnostic test, twelve
  hours of classroom instruction divided among four sessions, two full-length practice tests, and 
  two review sessions.  Class size is limited to twelve, and tuition for the course, including books 
  and materials, is $549.  They also periodically offer a condensed course.  Please check the website
  for details.  Class size limited to 12 students. 
  Their ACT course includes a diagnostic test, 11 hours of classroom instruction, a practice test and
  review session.  Tuition is $399 including books and materials.  Class size is limited to 12
  students.
